I removed the plugs & trashed the viper control module. Left the starter relay plugged in. Tucked all the wires up & detangled them from the many fuse panel plugs. There is some 1999 info, also. .but not specifically wiring schematics.This truck has a fuel pump module that has a relay which is not serviced separately and you have an inertia switch that can give you trouble as well. Here is a a guide to help you a test on the relay once you find it from the diagrams .Your fuel pump relay should be in the Central junction box as per Ford. The book are rather confusing on the 2002 but lets try this.

The IDM relay is in the 'battery junction box" (the TSB is have does not specify the location in the box). The IDM has a 30 amp fuse . 2002 has the single large junction box under the dash, no underhood one, and my AllData does say the the trailer tow relays are integral to the CJB and not servicable. Now that doesn't mean that you couldn't take it apart and solder in a new one though.
One guy said the dealer put in a whole new central junction box. Others have said they could temporarily fix it by smacking the dash just above the radio.
