this is the new bracket i made to mount the heat exchanger without useing the bumper support like i was useing. the main bar is 1/4x1x9 aluminum bar stock. the bent section is 1/8x3/4 inch aluminum made to wrap around the 03-04 cobra heat exchanger. i used hook and loop tape and stuck it the the bracket around the H.E. to help dampen the . For those that already own the AFCO pro-series dual pass heat exchanger (AFC80275NDP) we offer a fan upgrade kit which consists of (2) Spal fans, shroud, wiring harness and all of the necessary parts needed for installation.
