A couple of months ago I bought a 2005 Prius and needed to buy one of those end cap oil filter sockets to remove the filter. It graveled me that I had to do it. but so be it. It wasn't the most friendly tool. In the past, when I've had room I've wrapped a leather belt around an oil filter. in desperation. and a ratchet to remove the filter.19mm and 3/4 are the same, 5/8 and 16mm are close. 13/16 fits loose and 20mm is perfect, like I said I bought a wrench just for gm fuel filters. Done hundreds of them. 19mm and 3/4 will not fit on the filter. A 13/16 is like a 20.5 mm, and yes somtimes the sizes match or come close enough, but they don't all match up over 19mm and 3/4.

Well,I got off work early today and decided to change the oil in rear axle of the Astro. What should have been a simple 1-2 hour job took an extra hour. The fill plug loosened normally, but the differential cover bolts were another story. This axle was replaced with a used one @ 134k miles by previous owner and I seriously doubt if the installer even bothered to change .
